- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with the following technologies - PHP, Perl, MySQL, HTML, DHTML, XML & Java Script
- Solid understanding of database technologies and product development methodologies
- Familiarity with web technology trends and the evolution of the Internet
- Ability to work with other software engineers
- Strong writing & communication skills
- Detail oriented and ability to organize
- Problem-solving, innovation skills are a must
- 1-3 years experience in PHP, Perl & MySQL
- Python and Ruby and understanding of SDLC processes will be an added advantage
- Exposure to Java IDEs such as Eclipse and/or Netbeans
- Exposure to Unix (Linux/FreeBSD/Solaris) will be an added advantage

- Building a knowledge base of the latest programming trends, best practices, and methodologies.

Flash Programmer
Requirements of the position:
- The candidate should be hands on experience with Web and Multimedia Programming ( Flash Action Script, XML, JAVA Script, VB Script, ASP, HTML, XHTML, DHTML, CSS, XSLT), Web Development, Web Designing & Graphic Designing
- Familiar with Multimedia Packages : Macromedia DreamWeaver, Macromedia Flash, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Image Ready, Macromedia Director, Adobe Premier, Adobe Illustrator, Swift 3D, Corel Draw, 3D Studio Max
- Developed and maintained workflow and quality assurance processes for all projects
Year of Experience:
- Candidate with 1 to 2.5 years of experience will be consider for Developer position
- Candidate with 3+ years of experience will be consider for Sr. Developer position
